Troy began with a mobile food cart on the Mall in downtown Charlottesville. Seeking growth, he joined BEACON Kitchen to refine his skills and business management. Today, Troy’s venture has expanded to include catering as well as concession operations at Scott Stadium and John Paul Jones Arena, with plans for future franchising.
