VAGHC’s Inclusive Community Award

Every year at the Virginia Governor’s Housing Conference (VAGHC), innovative housing efforts from the community are highlighted and awards are presented to some of the most effective initiatives. In 2020, New Hill Development Corporation was chosen to win the Inclusive Community Award for reimagining Charlottesville’s Starr Hill Neighborhood in its Starr Hill Vision Plan.

CBIC’s Partnership of  the Year Award

During the Charlottesville Business Innovation Council (CBIC)’s first ever virtual Awards Gala, New Hill Development Corporation was honored to receive the Partnership of the Year Award for the collaborative achievement they have had with Fountain Fund. The union was successful in inspiring others and creating successful outcomes.
